Shipping Info

✱ Our shipping options are MyKartero and PhlPost (SEA and CA). We currently only ship tracked/registered mail. 

✱ Order processing time is 5-7 days unless stated otherwise (or may take more than a week during a sale or holiday).

✱ Shipping may take up to 8-40 days (MyKartero) or 15 days-2 months (PhlPost).

Shipping time may vary as both shipping services forward mails to your local post office.

✱ In case of sudden mail suspension, we will hold on to your parcels until we can ship them as soon as restrictions are lifted. Customers shall be advised that dispatch and estimated shipping time may also take longer due to restrictions.

Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the tracking number to be functional.

CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES 

✱ We are not responsible for customs fees and taxes or import duties that may apply. The order recipient is responsible for paying any charges incurred upon arrival.

RETURN POLICY

✱ All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive a damaged package. Please send us a photo of your damaged package to our email immediately.

MISSING PARCEL

✱ Disclaimer: We are not responsible for missing parcels, delays incurred by the shipping service, and orders held by your local customs office. 

If the shipping company loses your package, we can resend you a new set of your order. Customer will be paying for the shipping costs of redelivery. Remember that all orders are not insured, and we are not liable for missing orders.
